The Capital Works team are looking for an agile, passionate, and organised individual with good attention to detail. In this role you will have responsibility of a small support team and work closely with management colleagues at various levels throughout the Technical Services Planned department.

What you'll be doing

In this role you will ensure accurate information is captured to support the pre-construction, live-works and post-construction phases of the capital reinvestment programme or associated planned maintenance schemes.

You will be expected to work across various work environments, including home, office and construction sites to help and support the teams across the department and ensure services deliver value for money.

What we're looking for

To join our Capital Delivery team, we’re looking for someone with:

  • a qualification at level 3 of the Regulated Qualifications Framework;
  • ability to challenge the way we work – identify areas and actions to improve;
  • experience, knowledge and understanding in the operation of a mainframe computer management system;
  • significant experience using Microsoft Office 365, including but not limited to; Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint etc;
  • ability to present information in a clear concise manner;
    experience of a customer focused service delivery, including tenant
  • liaison; and
  • flexible approach to workloads dictated by business needs.
