Following the Prime Minister’s announcement, on Monday 22 February 2021, when he outlined the Government’s 4-step plan to ease lockdown, we are hoping to be able to resume more face to face services very soon.
As lockdown restrictions ease, we will continue to monitor the Government’s guidance and share further service updates on our website, wdh.co.uk and our social media channels. You can find us on Twitter or on Facebook.
To help keep our tenants and employees as safe as possible, we are temporarily still providing an essential repairs service to our customers. This means that we are only going into your home to conduct critical repairs and emergency maintenance works, where a repair cannot wait or relates to important compliance issues, such as gas servicing and electrical testing.
