Update on our services as lockdown restrictions ease

A message from our Chief Executive

Published 25 February 2021

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement, on Monday 22 February 2021, when he outlined the Government’s 4-step plan to ease lockdown, we are hoping to be able to resume more face to face services very soon.

As lockdown restrictions ease, we will continue to monitor the Government’s guidance and share further service updates on our website, wdh.co.uk and our social media channels. You can find us on Twitter or on Facebook.

To help keep our tenants and employees as safe as possible, we are temporarily still providing an essential repairs service to our customers. This means that we are only going into your home to conduct critical repairs and emergency maintenance works, where a repair cannot wait or relates to important compliance issues, such as gas servicing and electrical testing.

To help you understand the services classed as emergency and critical, you can read the full list in our Coronavirus - Emergency and critical repairs guide on our website.

If you need any further information, our COVID-19 Frequently Asked Questions can also be found on our website

And you can contact us 24 hours a day, seven days a week on 0345 8 507 507, on email or through the WDH App. All our contact details are on our website.

Thank you for your understanding and support. Please stay safe and, together, let’s continue to do all we can to prevent the spread of the virus by following the latest guidance.

Andy Wallhead, Chief Executive
