We are currently looking for a Senior Assets Surveyor to join our team and make a meaningful impact in maintaining and improving our housing stock.
What you'll be doing
- Provide day to day leadership and management for a team of surveyors.
- Support Surveying Operations Manager with planning and managing resources.
- Work collaboratively with a team committed to exceptional service.
What we're looking for
- A qualification at Level 4 of the Qualifications and Credit Framework.
- Experience in a similar role within housing or property maintenance.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A customer-focused approach, with excellent problem-solving abilities to address challenges and improve services.
You will need to have a valid UK driving licence with daily access to a vehicle in order to travel throughout the district and to other locations as required by the business.
