We are growing the team and looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join us here at WDH. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting managers to attract and hire the best people to help us deliver high-quality services to our communities.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and advising on the best recruitment practices.
- Assisting on diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a wide and diverse talent pool.
- Managing job adverts, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
- Supporting employer branding initiatives to position WDH as an employer of choice.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment law, and diversity initiatives.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in recruitment and CIPD (level 5) accreditation.
