We have an exciting opportunity to join our Homesearch Team, where you will be responsible for the delivery of our voids and allocations service.  

You will take a key role in delivery of our allocations, voids, and new tenancy services and oversee the process from initial Homesearch application through to the end of the probationary tenancy period.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage Homesearch application registrations efficiently.
  • Conduct pre-tenancy and selection processes.
  • Assess and coordinate necessary property works for allocations.
  • Allocate properties in line with our polices and procedures. 
  • Identify and invoice for rechargeable work.
  • Lead accompanied viewings and facilitate the signing of new tenants.

What we’re looking for

To join our Homesearch department, we’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
  • Experience in managing tenancy processes from start to finish.

This post also requires applicants to hold a current, valid UK driving licence with the ability to travel throughout Yorkshire and you may be required to work an evening and Saturday once trained.
