We are looking for someone to help ensure the environmental condition of our estates, including the management of our tree stock, is well maintained through a dedicated and multi skilled approach.
What you’ll do
As part of our Landscape Team, you will work closely with local estate management to maintain trees, develop environmental initiatives and provide excellent customer service to residents. You will also require you to respond to emergency situations on our estates, which will include work out of normal office hours as required.
What we’re looking for
- relevant experience of working in a similar customer focused role;
- the experience of and ability to use a wide range of mechanical equipment, powered tools and plant including chainsaws and brushwood chipper etc;
- an understanding of the concept of customer care;
- an awareness of health and safety procedures; and
- the ability to carry out a range of general duties that will have a positive impact on our tree stock and landscape environments.
Applicants will need a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle on a daily basis in order to travel throughout the district and to other locations as required by the business.
