We are looking for someone to provide guidance and management support within our busy Cash Wise Team.
What you'll be doing
In this role you will maintain high standards of service delivery within the Cash Wise team ensuring customers are provided with effective and timely support to improve tenancy sustainment.
Reporting to the Cash Wise Manager you will manage, monitor and report on the performance of the Team, customer outcomes and evaluation information, whilst ensuring that policies and procedures are delivered effectively alongside wider engagement activities across the district.
What we're looking for
- a qualification at Level 4 of the Qualifications and Credit Framework in a relevant subject area;
- experience of managing the delivery of customer focused services;
- experience of effective communication skills;
- a good understanding of welfare reform challenges; and
- experience of effective partnership working with a range of agencies.
