We are looking for two dynamic individuals to join our Mechanical and Electrical and our Repairs and Maintenance Technical Services teams.

What you will be doing

In these roles, you will provide administrative and clerical assistance to support the delivery of responsive, cyclical and planned property maintenance activities within Technical Services. You will promote the service at all times ensuring high standard of Customer Care is achieved at all times in line with our Customer Charter.

The key responsibilities include coordinating and managing the scheduling of work ensuring timely dispatch and relaying messages between our trades people. maintaining accurate records, distributing work orders, resolving customer and colleague enquiries, liaising with external contractors, and contributing to the smooth running of the office. You will also need to ensure that all legislative paperwork, orders, and invoices are dealt with in a timely manner and an appropriate filing system is maintained.

What we are looking for

To join our support team, we’re looking for someone:

  • with good communication and customer service skills;
  • who can work under pressure;
  • who is organised and detail orientated;
  • who has an understanding of PC based systems;
  • who can meet deadlines and targets; and
  • can work independently and as part of a team.
