Are you looking for an admin role where you can support a team to make a difference? Then we have the role for you as our Estate Management Team are recruiting.

The Estate Management Team focus on managing and supporting tenants to help create confident communities and provide a range of services including, but not limited to:

  • Environmental maintenance, monitoring and enforcement.
  • Tenant involvement and community development.
  • Home re-locator service and temporary accommodation.
  • Managing nuisance and antisocial behaviour.
  • Overall tenancy management.
  • Neighbourhood Panel meetings.
  • Periodic tenancy visits and lifestyle surveys.
  • Preparation of cases for legal action including tenancy breaches.

As an Admin Officer within the team, you will act as the first point of contact for Estate Officers, you will deal with customer enquiries received by email and telephone. You will also help maintain estate and tenant records. You will co-ordinate appropriate responses to a range of enquiries. Most importantly, you will provide the highest quality service to the communities we serve. In addition, you will be responsible for your own caseload including but not limited to tenancy transfers.
