Our Annual Report to customers highlights some of the brilliant work our teams have done in your communities over the last year. 

In 2023 / 2024, we provided 422 new homes where they are needed most and spent over £41 million improving the homes our customers already live in. Alongside this, we spent £5 million to improve your outdoor spaces and £10.6 million making our homes greener and safer.  

It has been a busy year for all of us with our repairs team completing over 100,000 general repairs and OneCALL taking nearly 180,000 calls! Our Care Link team also responded to over 320,000 calls, easing pressure on our local NHS services. 

Our investment in your communities has been more than financial with our social investment teams seeing their programmes go from strength to strength. Our Community Employment Advisors continue to help hundreds of people into new jobs or training and 76% of our Training for Employment participants went on to find work or further study.
