Our Tenant Survey 2024 will be live between Monday, 17 June and Saturday, 3 August.
If you are a tenant, you may get a phone call from customer experience specialists, Acuity, on phone number 01977 358010, asking if you would like to take part.
In line with guidance from the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH), we’re aiming to speak to over 2,500 of our customers to understand more about their experiences of living in their homes.
Results from the survey will help us to:
- understand your overall perception of WDH;
- benchmark our customer satisfaction levels with other housing providers;
- meet the regulatory requirements outlined above; and
- improve our services.
It is all confidential, so any call you receive will be legitimate and all feedback will be anonymous unless you choose to share your name.
The survey findings will be published on our website once available.
