On Monday, 25 November 2024 we are launching our Hardship Scheme Survey.
The survey helps us to get a better understanding of the impact our support has had in the last year. Our Hardship Scheme was created to support people who are in arrears and are potentially suffering financial hardship. You can find out more about how the scheme works on our Supporting You page.
The survey will be carried out over the next month by market researchers Acuity Research and Practice. If you do get a call, or an invitation to complete the survey, please be assured that they are working on the survey on our behalf.
Your answers will be confidential, and we will use your feedback to help us understand the impact of the scheme and make any changes to improve the service we provide.
