Corey (Gas apprentice) and Paddy (Joinery apprentice) were both finalists for this year's construction apprentice of the year, with The Heart of Yorkshire Education Group!
They both fought off some tough competition to be two of the three finalists in the construction category, with Corey taking home the winning plaque.
We are incredibly proud of this achievement but also the commitment and determination they have both shown throughout their apprenticeship. They are both very deserving to be nominated.
Apprentice of the Year winner, Corey said: “I am grateful that I was nominated for this award and shocked to have won, I really wasn’t expecting it. Thank you to all involved and I am looking forward to a long and successful career with WDH.”
