Calling all Care Link customers!
Our Care Link Satisfaction Survey 2024 is now live. This is your chance to tell us how happy you are with your Care Link service.
During the survey period, you may receive a phone call from Viewpoint Research. If you do, please take the opportunity to share your opinions to help us understand what we are doing well and what we can improve.
Everyone who completes the survey will be asked if they would like to be entered into a prize draw to win £50 in shopping vouchers. The closing date for the prize draw is Thursday, 31 October 2024 and the winner will be notified by phone on Thursday, 7 November 2024.
