Health and wellbeing

Independent Living Schemes

Our independent living schemes make the perfect home for those who need extra help and support.

Care Link - Telecare and Response

Care and support for elderly, disabled and vulnerable people, in their own homes, in the Wakefield district.

Care Link - Home Visiting

Our Home Visiting Service is there to support people who might need a little more help at home.

Mental Health and Wellbeing support

The team work with tenants and families across the district to tackle lifestyle and wellbeing issues which are proving a barrier to a better quality of life.

Extra Care Schemes

Offering the same support and facilities as our Independent Living Schemes but with the benefit of a three course lunch every day.

Adaptations and equipment for your home

If you have a disability or have difficulty doing everyday tasks, we may be able to help you continue to live independently by adapting your home or providing equipment.
