Pay

On top of your basic pay we offer the following to our employees:

  • enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay (shared parental leave is also available);
  • additional payments such as: overtime, standby and call out, shift allowance and weekend working allowances;
  • competitive car mileage scheme based on your vehicles CO2 emissions; and
  • a non-consolidated bonus may be awarded at the discretion of the business
