Free chair exercises taster session

WDH recently teamed up with Wakefield Council and Wakefield Rural Arthritis Care to hold a free chair-based exercise taster session at Hall Green Community Centre.

13 members of Wakefield Rural Arthritis Care attended the session, which included chair-based Zumba and band exercises.

Chris Croxall, WDH Tenant Involvement Officer, said: “The session was organised to help those with reduced mobility stay fit and health.

“The participants enjoyed taking part so much that they’re exploring the possibility of holding future classes on a more regular basis.”
