Customer experience specialists, TLF Research, will shortly be undertaking WDH’s annual tenant satisfaction survey.  However, before they start this, because so much has changed in the last six months due to COVID-19, they are carrying out a short survey that aims to explore what is important to our customers. 

TLF Research will call a sample of customers to complete a short telephone survey, and we would be grateful if you could take part if you are asked to do so. The findings from the survey will allow us to continually improve our customer experience by focusing on what matters most to our customers.
