You Said, We Did - How your views shape our services.

Our annual Tenant Satisfaction Survey will be launched on Monday 31 January 2022. This means you, our customers, will have the opportunity to tell us how you feel about our services.

 

Last year, we surveyed 1,400 customers who told us they wanted us to keep the promises and commitments we make, improve the way we deal with antisocial behaviour and have more ways to get in touch with us digitally.

 

In response to this feedback, we have made positive changes to our services, including:

 

  • making sure all employees are made aware and have a clear understanding of our latest policies and procedures so the information you receive from us is consistent;

 

  • making the most of technology across the business to make sure all repairs jobs are logged correctly and questions from customers can be answered quickly;

 

  • working with West Yorkshire Police and West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service to provide mediation and victim support services in our neighbourhoods; and

 

  • using technology to make sure that our customers and stakeholders can continue to work with us, regardless of physical restrictions, to share their feedback and shape our services.

 

For us to keep on improving our services, we want to hear your views in the next Tenant Survey 2022 launching on Monday 31 January 2022 until Friday 25 February.

 

The survey will be carried out by independent customer experience specialists, TLF Research on our behalf. We encourage you to take part in the survey if you receive a link to the online survey or phone call.
