As part of National Customer Service Week (5-9 October 2015), WDH’s Customer Service Team will run a week-long roadshow to raise awareness of its commitment to providing the best possible services.
WDH aims to meet its tenants’ needs by dealing with enquiries promptly and efficiently, and treating everyone with respect.
During the roadshow the team will be out in their mobile unit in which tenants can get information on their rent accounts, report a repair, register for an online account or discuss any other aspects of their tenancy or the area where they live.
WDH’s mobile unit will be visiting the following:
