Update to Care Link services following fire.

Due to a major fire at Hemsworth telephone exchange on Sunday, 21 March 2021, a number of our Care Link customers’ alarms were affected.


BT has restored some lines and are continuing to work to resolve the issues with an expected completion date of 1 April. Most of our customers’ alarms are now working however, we are aware some of our customers are still experiencing issues.
