WDH held the “Big Event” for local tenants and residents on Wednesday 9 March 2016 at the Agbrigg and Belle Vue Community Centre. The main priority for the day was based on the results and feedback from the most recent Tenant Satisfaction Survey.

Tenants and residents got into groups and discussed the key priorities for where they live and how WDH can increase satisfaction.

Everyone who attended also got the opportunity to meet the members of the Neighbourhood Panel and find out about what engagement activities had taken place in the area.

The event was a success with tenants giving there views on many different subjects including Keeping promises and commitments, Ease of getting what you wanted and Safety and security in the community.

All residents and tenants  who gave their views on postcards were entered into a free prize draw for a £20 shopping voucher and an Easter Egg  and the winner was Mrs McCardle and the runner up was Mr Shaw.

Mark Trafford, A WDH Area Manager, said: “It’s important that we listen to residents so that we can improve services in order to deliver the highest standards. It was great to see so many residents attending and to heat their views.”
