We will be carrying out routine upgrades to our internal IT systems on from 12 noon on Friday then Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 October.
While this will not affect our WDH App, or our online services, it may take us a little longer than usual to access information to help answer your questions when you get in touch with us.
If you are able to delay contacting us with your query until after the weekend, this would help us and may be more convenient for you. However, our OneCALL team will be available 24/7 on 0345 8 507 507 to deal with your enquiries, emergency repairs or other incidents that need a quick response.
We expect all services to fully resume on Monday, 11 October, so our phone lines may be busier than usual, but we will do our best to make sure we can continue to deliver a high quality service for our customers.
