Our Tenant Satisfaction Survey is underway

Our Tenant Satisfaction Survey has started and will end on Friday 31 January 2020.

You may receive a call from customer experience specialists, TLF Research, who are calling a sample of tenants to gather your views on the service you receive from us. 

If you do receive a call from TLF Research, please be assured that we have asked them to complete the survey on our behalf.  This ensures that your response is anonymous if you want it to be.

We carry out this survey to gather your feedback which we use to make improvements to our services.

Since the last survey was carried out at the start of this year, we have been working hard to improve the areas that matter most to you.

Keeping the promises we make to you.

We have:

  • relaunched our successful #hellomynameis campaign to make sure that all employees give their name when dealing with you; and
  • reviewed and relaunched our Customer Charter Standards so that you are clear on the standards of service you can expect from us.

The way we deal with nuisance and antisocial behaviour.

We have:

  • worked hard in multi action groups with the police, social care and local  authority to make sure we are able to address issues which you raise with our partners; an
  • reviewed how we deal with your complaints to make sure you are always kept informed of what is happening and what actions we can take. 


Making us easier to deal with.

We have:

  • spoken with you to test ideas for improving the digital repairs experience using the WDH app and your online account to make sure you are kept informed at every stage of the process.
