Notice to GnERGY customers

It has recently been announced that GnERGY Ltd has entered administration and that Bulb will take over GnERGY's customer base from Sunday 22 March 2020.  


If you are a GnERGY customer,  you don't need to do anything. All outstanding credit balances, including money owed to both existing and former domestic customers of GnERGY, will be honoured 

Ofgem, has advised that GnERGY customers will not have their gas or electricity supply affected. 


Ofgem’s advice to customers in the meantime is: 


Do not switch to another energy supplier. 

Take a meter reading ready for when Bulb contacts you.
