Our customers are at the heart of what we do.  We are committed to delivering excellent customer services and improving the life of our tenants.

We have reviewed and simplified our Customer Charter which sets out the standards of service tenants can expect from us.  It includes what we will do for you, what we expect from you and what to do if something goes wrong.

We want to make sure that we keep you safe and we are easy to deal with.  We will be open and honest and listen to you.
