Following the temporary closure of our Hubs and Service Access Points (SAPs), you can post your keys through the letterbox at your nearest Hub or SAP.
If you are posting keys for a WDH property please make sure:
If you have previously submitted one of the above forms (and received a letter from us to confirm the tenancy will end) can you please make sure that the address of the property and your telephone number are placed in the sealed envelope with the keys.
Please note that failure to follow the instructions above may lead to the tenancy not being ended, and the tenant or their estate may be liable for any rent, damages, repairs, or liabilities that occur as a result.
Please do not just post keys without including a completed form and the tenant’s details.
