If, within the last year, you have received a Hardship Scheme grant from WDH, you may receive a telephone call from our customer experience specialists, Feedback Market Research. They will be calling to ask you how the scheme is having an impact on you and your life.
The survey will start on Thursday, 5 May 2022 and end on Sunday, 29 May 2022.
If you do receive a call from Feedback Market Research, please be assured that they are working on the survey on our behalf. When they call, they will identify themselves and ask you some questions about the Hardship Scheme Award. Your answers will be confidential, and we’ll use your feedback to help us understand the impact the scheme is having and make any changes to improve the service we provide.
