Over the next few weeks, we will be reintroducing visits by the Debt Team to provide face to face intensive support to people who need help with their rent account. We recognise that the pandemic has been a difficult period but by slowly introducing visits we will be able to keep you better informed and provide the most appropriate help and support for you.
You may notice some differences with the visits, these have been put in place for your safety and that of our officers. Social distancing will remain in place and visits will last no longer than 15 minutes. If further support is needed, we can arrange face to face contact using web-based systems or on the phone.
For your reassurance, all our activity follows the appropriate guidance issued by the Government and our main aim is to ensure customers manage their rent account and receive timely helpful support.
