The way that people access our services is changing. Over the last few years there has been a reduction in the number of people using our Service Access Points (SAPs) and an increase in people self-serving and completing transactions online. It is because of these changes that we will be closing Normanton SAP on Friday 30 September 2016.
You can access our services in a number of ways, at a time that suits you:
• visit www.wdh.co.uk for advice, information and answers to the most frequently asked questions;
• register for an online account to pay your rent and any other WDH invoice as well as log a repair; and
• phone OneCALL on 0345 8 507 507, 24 hours a day, every day.
