Castleford Service Access Point (SAP) is closing on Friday 2 December

Published 24 November 2016

The way people access our services is changing.  Over the last few years there has been a reduction in the number of people using our Service Access Points (SAPs) and an increase in people self-serving and completing transactions online.

As a result of this change in user patterns, Castleford SAP will be closing on Friday 2 December.

You can access our services in a number of ways, at a time that suits you:

• visit www.wdh.co.uk for advice, information and answers to the most frequently asked questions;

• register for an online account to pay your rent and any other WDH invoice as well as log a repair; and

• phone OneCALL on 0345 8 507 507, 24 hours a day, every day.

If you need help to get online our Digital Angels can provide you with any support you need.  For an appointment contact OneCALL  on 0345 8 507 507 and ask to speak to a member of our Engagement Team.
