COVID-19 update for our customers - 21 January 2022

Published 21 January 2022

On Wednesday, 19 January 2022, government announced the easing of Plan B restrictions.

These changes mean that we are pleased to welcome employees who have been working at home, back into the office and that face coverings will no longer be mandatory in our Hubs from Thursday 27 January 2022.

However, whilst face coverings are no longer a requirement, the government still suggests that you continue to wear one in crowded indoor spaces where you may come into contact with people you do not normally meet. Please continue to consider the safety of yourself and others and use the sanitising stations provided when visiting us.

When visiting you, our teams will continue to ask you a few questions, including whether you’d like them to wear a mask and if you could open the window in an enclosed space. They are doing this to protect you and themselves.

I’m pleased to say that, despite the challenges, we have still been able to provide our services. Like the message I shared with you just a couple of weeks ago, we are still seeing the impact of COVID-19 on our workforce and there may be some delays in getting to you, however we are still completing visitsrepairs and maintenance work. I thank you in advance for your patience and support and assure you that we will never leave you in an unsafe or unsecure home. Your safety is our priority.

Once again, thank you for your support throughout the pandemic, I am sure the virus will remain a part of our lives for the foreseeable future, but I can assure you we are taking every step to keep you and our employees safe.

Thank you

Andy Wallhead
