A job in the trades at WDH can lead to a bright future and a successful career, whichever route you take. Our trade apprenticeships provide on the job experience whilst you qualify in your chosen trade and anyone can study towards an apprenticeship, if you don’t already have a degree in that area. We have several girls in construction, and we’d love to have more.

Leah Wilkinson, Apprentice Quantity Surveyor said:

“Doing an apprenticeship enables you to earn a qualification at the same time as learning the role while getting paid to do it. A degree apprenticeship also means you won’t be left with student debt at the end of your degree which is what would happen if you chose to go to university to do the degree yourself on a full-time basis.”
