Adapting our services and supporting you

As you will know, we’ve had to adapt the way we provide some of our services over the past months in response to Coronavirus.

One thing that will be changing over the next few weeks, is the way we deliver some of our letters. If you are in arrears with your rent, you will notice that letters relating to this will soon be delivered by Royal Mail instead of your Debt Officer. This includes any Notice of Seeking Possession document.

These are being sent in line with our policy and procedure and following current Government Guidelines.

If you receive a Notice of Seeking Possession and you are currently paying an existing payment arrangement then please continue to do so, where arrangements are maintained no further action will be taken.
