Much of the region has now been issued with a Yellow weather warning in relation to the high winds expected as a result of Storm Eunice. This is likely to cause disruption across the country and we are likely to see much more demand on our services over the coming days. WDH has published its gender pay gap report for 2021 which shows the difference in average earnings between men and women. The fifth report to be published, demonstrates the mean gender pay gap has narrowed to 11.6% compared to last year.
