You may receive a call from customer experience specialists, Allto Market Research , who are calling a sample of customers to gather your views on the service you receive from us.

If you do receive a call from Allto Market Research, please be assured that we have employed them to complete the survey on our behalf. They will identify themselves and ask you some questions about the Care Link service. Don’t worry, your answers are confidential and we’ll use your feedback to help improve the service we provide.
