Following the changes to COVID-19 restrictions on Monday, 19 July 2021, we want to assure you that your safety and that of our employees remains our priority.
Having considered the latest Government advice, and while COVID cases remain high, we are continuing to implement the safety measures we already had in place before Monday,19 July 2021.
While the wearing of face coverings is now a personal choice, our employees will continue to wear face coverings when we visit our customer’s homes.
To ensure the safety of you and our colleagues, we ask that you continue to wear a face covering, if you can, for any face to face meetings with us.
When we undertake repairs and safety inspections at our tenant’s homes, we will continue to take precautions to protect you and your family. We are asking all our customers to continue to follow the safety guidance we provide before and when we visit.
We are maintaining regular enhanced cleaning measures in our Wakefield and Pontefract Hubs. If you need to visit us, we have hand sanitiser available and would ask all visitors to respect the personal space of others.
