What you’ll be doing:

The role of WDH Graduate Placement role in Organisational Development offers an exciting and unique opportunity to gain insight and be involved in delivering continuous improvement across WDH.

You will work across the three functions of Organisational Development: Human Resources, Health and Safety and People Development.

This includes working on:

  • promotion and expansion of WDH’s Volunteering Scheme
  • building of e-learning packages on WDH’s new Learning Management System
  • development of WDH’s Women into Construction Programme
  • running reports using Power BI to gather management data
  • research into additional Reward Packages
  • support on the development and management of WDH’s new Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • promotion of WDH’s Behavioural Safety Programme
  • support the development of IT initiatives within the Orgaisational Development section

You will work alongside a mentor in each team and relevant training and development will be provided.

The role will start in September 2022 and finish at the end of June 2023.
