We are looking for someone to work within our community-based teams to provide and monitor housing related support services to tenants within Independent Living Schemes, and other customers across the Wakefield District, who may have various support needs, with the main objective being to promote and maintain the individual’s independence in their own home.

The position includes bank holiday working, participation in an out of hours standby rota and a DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.
