It’s an exciting time for WDH to support our tenants to tackle today’s increasing challenges, we are investing in our debt service and growing our award winning Debt Team.

We are introducing a number of roles and are looking for the right people to help us to deliver the support that is needed across the district. We are looking for people who want to improve lives and help people to live confidently in our communities.

Being part of the Central Debt Team is more than just collecting debt. It’s about seeing the bigger picture and working flexibly to meet the needs of our tenants.

We pride ourselves in being high performing and offer all our employees receive an in depth training package with mentor support, as well as opportunities to achieve and progress including our bespoke Debt Team Academy to harness the potential of our team.
