Kick start your career with an Office Apprenticeship at WDH! We have two great opportunities for Office Apprentices to join our Community Safety and Debt Teams at WDH.

Community Safety

Our Community Safety team are responsible for dealing with antisocial casework, assessing, investigating what action is required through a customer centred approach, and working with partners across the district. Your role includes providing administrative support to the Community Safety Team in relation to the full range of responsibilities and making sure a high standard of Customer Care is achieved at all times.

Debt

Our Debt team are responsible for dealing with customer queries, contacting tenants and coordinating the administrative functions associated with Universal Credit, court action and the operational recovery of debt. Your role will include providing administrative support to the Debt Service in relation to the full range of responsibilities, but in particular to assist in delivering and coordinating the administrative functions associated with Universal Credit and assist the team to achieve performance targets and timescales.

What training do you get?

As part of our apprenticeship programme you will receive up to four years of training and gain a nationally recognised Level 2 and/or Level 3 qualification. Our apprenticeship programme also offers further opportunities of personal and professional development and an insight into wider business operations.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic team players, good problem solvers who demonstrate a positive attitude and are committed to delivering excellent customer care.

Applicants will have achieved, or be predicted to achieve, up to five GCSE’s or equivalent (grade 9 - 4/A*- C) including Maths and English.
