What will you be doing?
Our technical services and improvements teams are responsible for the maintenance and repair of our customers’ homes, carrying out refurbishment works and building new homes. Working alongside a busy workforce of multi-skilled operatives, you will learn the skills and knowledge necessary to become a master of your trade.

What training do you get?
As part of our apprenticeship programme you will receive up to four years of training and gain a nationally recognised Level 2 and/or Level 3 qualification. Our apprenticeship programme also offers further opportunities of personal and professional development and an insight into wider business operations.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic team players, good problem solvers who demonstrate a positive attitude and are committed to delivering excellent customer care.
Applicants will have achieved, or be predicted to achieve, up to five GCSE’s or equivalent (grade 9 - 4/A*- C) including Maths, English and a Science.
