We are looking for someone to assist our Homesearch team to make sure our customers receive the best possible service when trying to find a new home.

The role will involve providing administrative support to the Homesearch team, helping customers to find the right home for them and updating the Homesearch website.

Applicants will have:

  • A qualification at Level 2 of the Qualifications and Credit Framework;
  • administration experience including in the use of PC data based systems;
  • evidence of excellent customer service skills;
  • the ability to work effectively in a highly pressurised environment and meet deadlines and targets.

A current, valid UK driving licence is an essential requirement of the role and daily access to a vehicle as travel throughout the district and other locations is required.
