We are looking for someone to join our Care Link team. It is an exciting opportunity to work on a project providing Care Link services to patients recently discharged from hospital.
In this role, you will deliver responsive, high quality services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, helping to enable our customers to live independently and safely in the community. Day to day you will visit customers to install telecare equipment and to provide a response to emergency calls such as falls.
You will also be required to operate a computerised calls handling system, liaise with a range of WDH employees, Wakefield Council or other appropriate agencies to ensure an effective response to alarm calls and undertake clerical and administrative duties where necessary.
