Our Property Compliance Team is looking for a Fire Safety Compliance Officer to oversee all aspects of service delivery and development relating to fire safety issues, such as fire risk assessments, fire prevention.
In this role you will report to the Compliance Manager and provide advice and guidance to the business on fire safety matters. Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you will ensure that WDH complies with all legal responsibilities and requirements for fire prevention and fire precaution.
You will carry out inspections and compile fire safety reports, track fire related repairs and actions and liaise with colleagues, contractors and any third parties as required as part of the role.

The post holder must hold a valid UK driving licence and have daily access to a vehicle to travel throughout the district and to other locations as required.
