We are looking for someone to join our busy Debt Team.

Reporting to the Court Officer, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Central Debt Team. In this role you will assist in the administration of paperwork in relation to court action and the recovery of debt.

A key part of the role will involve delivering and coordinating the administrative functions associated with Universal Credit.

Applicants will have:

  • A qualification at level 2 of the Qualifications and Credits Framework, in a relevant subject area;
  • experience of delivering customer focused services and an understanding of the concept of customer care;
  • administration experience;
  • relevant IT skills and clear written and verbal skills; and
  • experience of working in a highly pressurised environment and organising work to meet deadlines and targets.
