We are looking for someone to join our Care Link Team as a Care Link Assistant. In this role you will provide an efficient and effective administrative service to the Care Link Visiting Team.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the team, answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries professionally. You will be involved in maintaining diaries and using email, keeping records and processing invoices.
As part of the role you will carry out clerical and administrative duties including filing, photocopying and collating information. You will be responsible for typing, producing reports and taking minutes.
