An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join our Care and Health team. As our Wellbeing Coordinator you’ll play a key role in managing referrals to our Wellbeing Caseworkers and Mental Health Navigators, taking responsibility for managing information related to the referral process.

As our Wellbeing Coordinator you will have:

  • a qualification at Level 2 of the Qualifications and Credit Framework;
  • experience of delivering support to vulnerable individuals and families experiencing social inequalities;
  • excellent communication skills – you must be able to support our most vulnerable customers, dealing effectively with other agencies, and
  • the ability to solve problems efficiently using your own initiative.
