Where can I pay my rent?

How to pay your rent online, by Direct Debit or by phone.

Your online account
Register for your online account, once logged in you can make a payment quickly and easily

Direct Debit
The simplest way to pay your rent is by Direct Debit.  Complete the Direct Debit Mandate and take into any of our service access points or you can set it up over the phone by contacting OneCALL. Your rent is paid straight out of your bank, or building society account.

Online banking
If your bank or building society offers phone or internet banking, WDH bank details are: 
Bank Account Number 78577306, Sort Code 55-70-23
Please quote the 11-digit housing reference number on your rent payment swipe card. 

Payment using debit or credit cards 
You can pay your rent over the phone by using our Automated Payment Line, all day, every day by calling 0844 9020900.  Remember to have your rent reference and card details with you and follow the instructions.

Standing Order
Complete the Standing Order Authorisation Form and take it to your bank or building society. 

Post Office 
You can pay by cash, debit card or by cheque, making your cheques payable to ‘Post Office Ltd’. Remember to take your rent payment swipe card or barcoded letter with you. 

PayPoint 
You can pay at any retail outlet displaying the PayPoint logo by cash or debit card. Remember to take your rent payment swipe card with you.
