Our Tenant Satisfaction Survey has started and will end on Friday 12 May.
Customer experience specialists, TLF, are calling a representative sample of tenants to gather your views on the service you receive from us.
If you do receive a call from TLF, please be assured that we have employed them to complete the survey on our behalf. This ensures that your feedback is anonymous if you wish.
We carry out these surveys twice a year and use your feedback to make improvements to our services. Since the last survey was carried out in November 2016, we have been working hard to improve:
- how easy we are to deal with;
- how good we are at keeping the promises and commitments we make;
- the repairs service experience; and
- the way we manage nuisance and antisocial behaviour.
